Shipping Information
- Orders placed on AND1usa.com will be shipped within 2 business days provided the inventory is in stock. If an order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the order will be shipped out on Monday. Orders are shipped from Beaverton, Oregon.
- Orders shipped ground service will be charged $6.75 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item.
- Orders shipped express service will be charged $16.00 for the first item and $7.00 for each additional. Express orders are shipped via Fed Ex Express.
- Customer is subject to a $5.00 address correction fee if there is an error in the shipping address. A new shipping charge will be applied for packages that are returned due to address error.
- Ground service orders will take approximately 2-5 business days going to the West Coast, 4-6 business days going to the Central Region of the Country, and 5-8 business days going to the East Coast.
- Express Orders will take 2-3 business days from the day they are shipped. We are unable to ship express orders to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or APO addresses.
- Canadian orders are welcome and will take approximately 5-14 business days to arrive. Orders will ship via Fed Ex. Customer is responsible for any taxes, duties and brokerage fees.
Security and Privacy
At the AND1 Online Store, protecting your information is a priority.
To make sure your information is safely guarded, we use the
Shop Site for encryption. Every time you send us a credit card
number and your billing and shipping information, Shop Site
is using the industry standard technology to prevent the information
from being intercepted. With this Encryption, only the AND1
Online Store is allowed to view your information. Once
you enter the ordering portion of the web site, you will notice
a lock pad on the bottom right hand side of your browser.
This notifies you of being in a secure area. The AND1 Online
Store is committed to protecting your privacy. All the information
that you provide will remain confidential. That's our promise!

Return Procedure
We take pride in our reputation for quality,
value as well as our customer service. If for any reason you
are dissatisfied with a purchase we'll assist you with a prompt
refund or exchange. Please return merchandise in a clean and
resalable condition with hangtags intact. AND1 reserves the
right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns.
Two options available to return your
merchandise:

a. Fill out the return/exchange info
on the back of your invoice and enclose the invoice with
your return. |

b. Attach the enclosed UPS Ground A.R.S.
return label provided and drop off your return at a UPS
store. |

c. Track the status of your return at
www.ups.com using the
A.R.S. tracking number. |

d. We will automatically deduct $6.95
from your total return credit. |
| Option 2 |
a. If you prefer to return the merchandise
on your own, we suggest using a traceable and insured
method. Please keep the tracking number in order to properly
document a safe return. |

c. Attach the tear off return label provided
below. |
- Please return merchandise in original packaging
material whenever possible.
- AND1 cannot assume responsibility for lost
or misdirected returns.
- Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
- AND1 strives to bring you the latest in
hoop gear so we ask that all merchandise be retuned within
45 days.
